What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?

Hi Am 5weeks pregnancy but an utrasound sees nothing except my right ovary being larger and having thick walled cyst like structure with minimal liquid adjacent to ovary , that day my b hcg was 1934 and the next day went to 3723, Was on metformin & clomid Kindly help

This is not concerning sign and ovaries are usually enlarged over the first period of pregnancy so you should not be upset about this.All you need is to have frequent ultrasound follow ups and I am sure that it wont have any bad effect on your baby development. This enlargement is especially seen if clomid was taken so this is another reason for it.
